The Sword of Glamdring

An ancient sword carried by Gandalf the Grey, who is
an old but powerful wizard and friend to Frodo Baggins.
Glamdring, a magical sword, glows in the presence of an
enemy and it serves Gandalf in his mission to aid the
Fellowship of the Ring. It was made by ancient Eleves,
and is inscribed with runes, in the Elven language.

The Sword of Gondor Kingdom

Strider is the son of Aragorn, and heir to the Kingdom of Gondor.
His ancestor, Isildur, was the King who cut the Ring of Power from
the hand of Sauron. He has served as a Ranger and joins the Fellowship
to destroy the Ring that threatens his countrymen.

Frodo's Sword - Sting

A magical sword given to Frodo Baggins by his uncle Bilbo,
the original Ringbearer. It is up to Frodo and the chosen
"Fellowship" to cast the Ring back into the fires of Mount Doom,
where it was originally forged, and destroy it once and for all.
Bilbo carried Sting with him when he originally acquired the Ring
from Gollum. Engraved on the blade and cross guard are runes,
in the Elven language of Sindarin that say
"Maegnas is my name, I am the spider's bane."

King Elendil's Sword - Narsil

At the end of the second age of Middle-Earth, Narsil's
blade was shattered as Elendil fell during the Last Alliance
of Elves and Men in the great battle of Sauron.
Isuldur, Elendil's son, then used the broken hilt of Narsil to
cut the One Ring from Sauron's finger, breaking the bonds
of his power, banishing his evil shadow into the darkness.
